Dr. Chahal and his staff are the epitome of professionalism and are so friendly and caring. From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff treated me with such friendliness and respect. The Dr. gave me an exam with a treatment plan in my best interest; not trying to talk me into unnecessary treatment. I love this office.

I have been seeing Melanie for over a year for medical Botox for migraines. Each visit she takes the time to discuss how the treatment worked since the last visit, any concerns I may have and possible other options. She is always on time and I am never waiting for more than 5 minutes.I am happy to recommend her to anyone.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely helpful in reducing the signs of aging such as dark spots. Quality sunscreen products are also a plus.

I went in for my first facial and oh my goodness I did not know how amazing it would be. I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to be touched but SAFFRON was amazing!!! I got the G-peel with noon products and I left GLOWING!! She had the perfect pressure and settings to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. She definitely won me over and will be going back to her for more glow up. Well done SAFFRON

The service is very professional and understanding, Dr Chahal is very kind he performed a laser peel on my face in March the results were amazing. He kept in contact by phone the week I was healing. I have had numerous compliments on my skin since the procedure. Dr. Chahal has also done my filler and Dysport treatments. His consulting is complimentary keeping you in the most natural self as possible while looking your best. I highly encourage anyone seeking help with the maturing stage of life to book an appointment with him.

The second I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist. She was kind and attentive. Once called back, everyone was extremely courteous and seem like they really enjoy their job. Valentina is amazing. She takes time to talk to you to see what your concerns are. She promotes the products but isn’t pushy about it.Overall a great experience!!

After visiting other locations in Bakersfield, I learned there’s people that want to actually help you and there’s people who just want to sell you things. Rachel was hands down the best in not only helping me out but educating me as well. No one tried to push anything and if they were, their biggest product was education. Awesome place to go, friendly staff all around. Ask for Rachel!!

Empire Eye and Laser is absolutely fantastic! Their new office is so beautiful& make you feel totally pampered. Chelsea is absolutely the BEST. she’s so sweet and gentle and I absolutely love the results of my disport and BBL laser treatment from her. My skin feels and looks amazing!
