When I first met Melanie I was extremely ugly with a face only a mother could love. After multiple treatments I’m still ugly, but have no wrinkles. Very nice!

I went to Empire Aesthetic Center for an iv therapy treatment and appreciated that they were friendly, professional and prompt! If you choose to go for the same (iv therapy) I encourage you to take a blanket, it gets chilly!

I really enjoyed my first treatment at Empire Aesthetics. My consultation with Rachel left me feeling that her recommendation was what would be the best treatment for me with the best results. She was honest and very forthright, which I appreciated. The day of my treatment, the entire process was explained again, and once again, I felt that my treatment was right for me and my situation. I have been seeing Melanie for over a year for medical Botox for migraines. Each visit she takes the time to discuss how the treatment worked since the last visit, any concerns I may have and possible other options. I went in for my first facial and oh my goodness I did not know how amazing it would be. I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to be touched but SAFFRON was amazing!!! The service is very professional and understanding, Dr Chahal is very kind he performed a laser peel on my face in March the results were amazing. He kept in contact by phone the week I was healing. I have had numerous compliments on my skin since the procedure. Dr. Chahal has also done my filler and Dysport treatments. His consulting is complimentary keeping you in the most natural self as possible while looking your best. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist. She was kind and attentive. Once called back, everyone was extremely courteous and seem like they really enjoy their job. Valentina is amazing. She takes time to talk to you to see what your concerns are. She promotes the products but isn’t pushy about it.Overall a great experience!!

After visiting other locations in Bakersfield, I learned there’s people that want to actually help you and there’s people who just want to sell you things. Rachel was hands down the best in not only helping me out but educating me as well. No one tried to push anything and if they were, their biggest product was education.
