I started my skin care routine with ESC and Rachel a few years back, and she has been consistent in providing me with a skin care routine, which is easy to follow. This was my second time having a FREE consultation with Rachel Fowler, COT and let me tell you it won’t be my last. I gain so much information every time I get the pleasure of talking with her.
